The short version

This summary helps you find the parts that matter most. It does not replace the full Terms below, which govern.

  • Unworked Leads is a business tool for people aged 18 or older. It is not for personal or household use.
  • The 14-day free trial requires a card and converts automatically to a paid subscription ($149 a month for Full coverage) on day 15 unless you cancel before then. We email you a reminder at least 7 days before the trial converts. Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not give refunds or prorate partial months, except where the law requires.
  • The data comes from public records. It can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, phone numbers can be decades old or reassigned, and “unworked” is our estimate.
  • Use the data only inside your own business. No reselling, sharing, scraping or building a competing product.
  • You are responsible for following the TCPA, Do Not Call rules, CAN-SPAM and New York’s telemarketing laws whenever you contact anyone, and for honoring opt-outs.
  • We are not a consumer reporting agency. Never use the data for credit, employment, insurance, housing or tenant-screening decisions.
  • Disputes are resolved by individual arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, not in court or by class action, unless you opt out within 30 days (Section 23).

1Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and UNWORKED LEADS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Unworked Leads,” “we,” “us” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of unworkedleads.com, the Unworked Leads directory and app, the Morning shortlist emails, CSV exports and every related feature and communication (together, the “Service”).

You accept these Terms when you check a box or click a button that refers to them (for example, “Start my trial”), create an account, start a trial, buy a subscription or otherwise use the Service. Our Subscriber Agreement and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms. If the Subscriber Agreement and these Terms conflict on seats, prices, caps, trials or billing, the Subscriber Agreement controls on that point; otherwise these Terms control.

If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf and confirm that you have authority to bind it. In that case “you” means the organization and every person who uses the Service through its account. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Parts of the Service may be shown in languages other than English. These Terms are written in English, and if a translation differs from the English version, the English version governs.

2Who may use the Service

The Service is for business use only. You may use it only if:

  • you are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract;
  • you use it for the purposes of a trade, business or profession, such as finding work for a contracting, building-services or property-services company, and not for personal, family or household purposes; and
  • you are not barred from using it under the laws of the United States or any other applicable law, and we have not previously suspended or terminated your access.

We may refuse an account, a trial or a subscription to anyone at our discretion, including anyone we reasonably believe to be a competitor or to be acting for one.

3The Service

Unworked Leads is a subscription web directory of New York City building “signals”: records such as Department of Buildings (DOB), Environmental Control Board (ECB), Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) and Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) violations, complaints and orders; permits and job filings; certificates of occupancy; deed sales; boiler, elevator and facade compliance filings; sidewalk violations and sidewalk sheds; HPD litigation and programs; energy benchmarking; and similar records.

The records are public records published by New York City agencies. We refresh them daily when the agencies publish, sort them into trade divisions, rank them and flag leads that look “unworked.” We enrich buildings with owner, managing agent and contact information drawn from public records, including historical permit filings.

Depending on your plan, the Service includes:

  • a searchable directory of the leads in each of your seats (a seat is one division in one borough);
  • the Morning shortlist, an email of up to 30 ranked leads per seat each weekday at about 6am Eastern Time, or on the schedule you choose;
  • a call sheet for claiming leads and recording outcomes and notes;
  • outreach templates (suggested opening lines, emails and text messages);
  • CSV export on paid seats, subject to daily caps and a watermark; and
  • saved searches.

Unworked Leads is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the City of New York, any of its agencies or any other government body. Agency names appear only to describe where records come from.

We may add, change or remove features, data sources, indicators, divisions, rankings and scores at any time. If a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you by email, and you may cancel as described in Section 7.

4Accounts and security

  • Signing in. You sign in with a one-time link that we email to you, or with a password if you add one in your account settings. Anyone who can read your email can sign in to your account, so keep your email account secure; you can also turn on two-factor sign-in, which asks for a code from an authenticator app (or a recovery code) at every sign-in. Sign-in links work once and expire after 15 minutes; a personal invitation link we send with a complimentary or beta seat expires after 7 days. Keep your password and recovery codes to yourself.
  • One company, no shared logins. Each account belongs to one company. Do not use one account for more than one company, and do not share your sign-in links, password, recovery codes or signed-in sessions with anyone. If other people at your company need access, contact us.
  • Accurate information. Give us accurate account information and keep it up to date, including your email address.
  • Your responsibility. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at [email protected] right away if you think someone has used it without permission.
  • Caps and controls. We apply daily caps on searches, building views, exports and call-sheet claims, rate limits and bot protection to keep the Service fair and secure. The current caps are in the Subscriber Agreement. We may end sessions, require a new sign-in or temporarily limit an account to protect it or the Service.

5Free trial

Automatic conversion. The free trial lasts 14 days and requires a valid payment card. Unless you cancel before day 15, your trial converts automatically into a paid Full coverage subscription: on day 15 your card will be charged $149 plus any applicable taxes, and it will be charged again every month after that until you cancel. We email you a reminder at least 7 days before the trial converts, with the date it converts, the price and how to cancel. To avoid being charged, cancel before day 15 as described in Section 7.

The trial starts when you complete checkout. During the trial you have one Full coverage seat (one division in one borough), which stays on the division and borough you picked for the whole trial; contact names, mailing addresses and phone numbers are masked; CSV export is off; and lower daily caps apply. Full contacts and export turn on when your paid subscription starts.

Trials are limited to one per company, person and payment card. We may change, limit or end trial offers at any time, and we may decline or end a trial we believe is being misused, including repeat trials through new accounts.

6Subscriptions, billing and automatic renewal

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically every month. At the start of each monthly billing period we will charge the payment method on file the price then in effect, plus applicable taxes, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time (Section 7).

  • Prices. Seats are priced as shown on our pricing page and in the Subscriber Agreement when you buy them: currently $149 a month for a Full coverage seat and $99 a month for each additional borough or division. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
  • Payment authorization. When you give us a payment method, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge it for all fees, recurring subscription charges and taxes when they are due, without asking you again each time.
  • Payments by Stripe. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment details you give it. We never receive your full card number.
  • Failed payments. Keep your payment details current. If a charge fails, Stripe may retry it; we may suspend access until the balance is paid and cancel the subscription if it stays unpaid. The Subscriber Agreement has the details.
  • No refunds. Fees are non-refundable. We do not give refunds, credits or prorated amounts for partial months, unused seats, unused features or periods when you did not use the Service, except where the law requires.
  • Billing questions. If you think a charge is wrong, email us within 60 days of the charge so we can look into it. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank.

7Cancellation

  • How to cancel. You can cancel your trial or subscription at any time from the billing page in your account when it is available to you (it opens Stripe’s customer portal), or by emailing [email protected] from your account’s email address. An emailed cancellation takes effect when we receive it, and we will confirm it by email.
  • When it takes effect. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then and will not be charged again, and you will not receive a refund for the current period, except where the law requires.
  • Cancelling a trial. If you cancel before day 15 of your free trial, you will not be charged. Your trial access ends when the trial period ends.
  • Add-on seats. Additional borough and division seats work only alongside an active Full coverage seat. The Subscriber Agreement explains what happens to them when you cancel.
  • After access ends. When your subscription ends, you lose access to the directory, call sheet, saved searches, exports and Morning shortlist. Your account stays open so that you can subscribe again, download your account data or delete your account, as our Privacy Policy describes.

8Price changes

We may change our prices. We will email you at least 30 days before a price increase applies to you, and the new price will apply from your first billing period that starts after that notice period ends. If you do not agree to the new price, cancel before it takes effect. A price change never applies to a billing period you have already paid for. Founding members keep their seat prices for 24 months, as the Subscriber Agreement describes.

9Taxes

Prices do not include taxes unless we say they do. You are responsible for all sales, use, value-added and similar taxes, duties and charges that apply to your purchase, other than taxes on our income. Where we or Stripe must collect a tax, it will be added to your invoice. If you are exempt from a tax, send us a valid exemption certificate, and we will apply it to future charges once we accept it.

10Your license to use the data

Subject to these Terms and payment of your fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license, during your trial or subscription, to access the Service and to use the information it shows for your seats (the “Data”) for your own internal business purposes: finding, evaluating and contacting building owners, managing agents and others about the products and services your company offers. Your employees and individual contractors may use the Data for those purposes on your behalf, and you are responsible for their compliance with these Terms.

You must not, and must not help or allow anyone else to:

  • sell, resell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, lend or otherwise provide the Data, or access to the Service, to anyone outside your company;
  • redistribute, publish, post or share the Data, in whole or in part, including on websites, social media, lead marketplaces or shared lists, or with other contractors or referral partners;
  • scrape, crawl, spider or harvest the Service, or access or copy it with bots, scripts or other automated means, except through the CSV export we provide;
  • circumvent, disable or interfere with caps, rate limits, masking, watermarks, bot protection or any other access or security control, including by opening several accounts, starting repeat trials or sharing sign-ins;
  • remove, alter or hide the watermark, account details or notices in any export;
  • use the Service or the Data to build, improve or supply a product, service, database, list or dataset that competes with or substitutes for the Service, or to train machine-learning models for any such purpose;
  • copy, modify, frame, reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service, except to the extent the law expressly allows despite this restriction; or
  • use the Data for any purpose that Section 13 prohibits, or for any unlawful purpose.

Many of the underlying records are public, and nothing in these Terms stops you from getting them directly from their original public source. What we license is the Service and our compilation of the records: our selection, matching, enrichment, classification, ranking, scores, flags, templates and presentation.

Data you exported while your account was in good standing may be used for your internal business purposes after your subscription ends, subject to these Terms. If we terminate your access because you breached these Terms, you must stop using, and delete, all Data you obtained from the Service.

11Acceptable use

You must comply with all applicable laws when you use the Service, and you must not:

  • use the Data to harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, defraud or mislead anyone;
  • claim or imply that you are from, work with or were referred by the City of New York or any government agency, or that a public record obliges anyone to hire you or buy from you;
  • use the Data to discriminate against anyone on the basis of a characteristic protected by law;
  • create an account with false information or impersonate any person or company;
  • upload malicious code, probe or test the Service’s security without our written permission, or place an unreasonable load on our systems; or
  • use the Service in any way that could expose us, our providers or other users to legal liability or harm.

If you find a security problem, please report it to [email protected].

12Contacting people: your compliance duties

The Service helps you find people and companies to contact. Whether, when and how you contact them is your decision and your responsibility. You must comply with every law and rule that applies to your outreach by phone, text message, email, mail or in person, including:

  • the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and the Federal Communications Commission’s rules (47 C.F.R. § 64.1200), including the limits on calls and text messages made with an autodialer or an artificial or prerecorded voice, the consent those rules require (particularly for mobile numbers), calling-hour limits, caller identification and keeping your own internal do-not-call list;
  • the National Do Not Call Registry and the Federal Trade Commission’s Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 310), including checking numbers against the Registry before telemarketing calls unless an exemption applies;
  • state do-not-call and telemarketing laws, including New York General Business Law § 399-z and New York’s other laws and regulations on telemarketing, telephone solicitation and automated calls, and those of any other state where the people you contact are located (for example, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act where it applies);
  • the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701 and following) and the Federal Trade Commission’s CAN-SPAM Rule for commercial email, including accurate sender information, honest subject lines, a valid physical postal address in each message and a working way to opt out;
  • the licensing, registration and advertising rules for your trade, such as New York City’s home improvement contractor license where it applies; and
  • wireless carrier and industry rules for business text messaging.

Honor opt-outs. If anyone asks you not to contact them, stop promptly, record the request on your own do-not-contact list and do not contact them again for marketing through any channel. Honor opt-out and do-not-call requests as quickly as the law requires, and in any case within 10 business days.

Check numbers before you call or text. Phone numbers in the Service come from public records and can be years or decades old. A number may now belong to someone else, may be a mobile number, or may be on a do-not-call list. Unless we expressly tell you otherwise, the Service does not check numbers against any do-not-call registry, identify which numbers are mobile, confirm who a number belongs to now, or obtain consent for you. Consider checking numbers against the FCC’s Reassigned Numbers Database and the do-not-call registries before you use them.

Our outreach templates are suggested wording only. They are not guaranteed to comply with any law, and you must review and adapt them before you send them. We do not give legal advice, and nothing in the Service is legal advice.

13Not a consumer reporting agency

Unworked Leads is not a consumer reporting agency, and the Service does not provide “consumer reports” as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681 and following) or any similar state law defines them. The Data is not collected, checked or maintained for those purposes.

You must not use the Service or any Data, in whole or in part, as a factor in deciding anyone’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or a tenancy (including tenant screening); for any other purpose permitted or regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws; or to make decisions about any person’s personal, family or household matters. You must not use the Data for debt collection, or to locate or monitor an individual for any purpose other than offering your company’s services in connection with a building.

14Data accuracy

The Data comes from public records and our automated processing of them. We work to keep it accurate and current, but:

  • public records can be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, outdated or wrong, and agencies can change, correct or withdraw them at any time;
  • we match records to buildings, owners and contacts automatically, and the matching can be wrong;
  • owner, managing agent and contact information can be out of date. Owner phone numbers from historical permit filings can be decades old, disconnected or reassigned to someone else. We label the age of phone numbers where we can and leave the oldest out of exports, but that does not make the others current;
  • “unworked” is our estimate that no permit or filing we have matched yet appears to cover the work. It does not mean that nobody is working on the building, or that the owner needs or wants your services; and
  • rankings, scores, deadlines, penalty balances, job values and other figures are estimates or summaries and may differ from the official record.

Check the official source before you rely on any Data, for example before you quote, tell an owner about a violation or make a business decision. Nothing in the Service is legal, engineering, code-compliance, safety or financial advice. Refreshes depend on the public sources and on our systems, and we do not guarantee that any refresh happens at a particular time.

15Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Cloudflare (hosting, database, bot protection and analytics), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Google Workspace (support email). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions or outages. The Service also links to third-party websites, such as city agency pages and datasets. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.

16Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, compilations, rankings, scores, classifications, flags and templates, and the Unworked Leads name and logo, is owned by UNWORKED LEADS LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We do not claim ownership of the underlying government records. Apart from the limited license in Section 10, these Terms give you no rights in the Service or the Data, and we reserve all rights we do not expressly grant. You may not use our name or logo without our written permission.

17Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add to the Service, such as notes, saved searches, call-sheet outcomes and settings (“Your Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process and use Your Content to provide, secure and support the Service (for example, to adjust your own rankings from your outcomes, and to reopen a lead’s Morning shortlist slot when you mark it won or dead), and to improve the Service using aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you. You are responsible for Your Content and must have the right to provide it. Please do not put sensitive personal information in notes.

18Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback, you allow us to use them for any purpose without restriction or payment to you. We are not obliged to use or respond to feedback.

19Suspension and termination

  • By you. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel as described in Section 7.
  • By us. We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, immediately and without prior notice, if you breach these Terms (including Sections 10 to 13), fail to pay, misuse a trial, create a security or legal risk for us or others, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem.
  • Discontinuing the Service. We may stop offering the Service or any plan. If we end your paid subscription for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund the prepaid fees for the unused part of your current billing period.
  • Effect. When your access ends, your license ends and you must stop using the Service, except as Section 10 allows for Data you exported. Any provision that by its nature should survive, including Sections 9, 10, 12 to 18 and 20 to 27 and your obligation to pay amounts already due, survives.

20Disclaimer of warranties

The Service and all Data are provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults. To the fullest extent the law allows, UNWORKED LEADS LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and accuracy, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service or the Data will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure or error-free; that any phone number, email address or other contact detail is current or reaches the person named; that any lead will produce work or revenue; or that the Morning shortlist or any refresh will arrive at any particular time or contain any particular number of leads.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

21Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) UNWORKED LEADS LLC and its member, managers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, business, opportunities, goodwill or data, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service or the Data, even if we were told they were possible; and (b) our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service or the Data, under any theory (including contract, tort, negligence and statute), will not exceed the total fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the liability.

These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. They are an essential part of the bargain between you and us, and our prices reflect them. They do not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

22Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless UNWORKED LEADS LLC and its member, managers, employees, contractors and agents from and against all claims, demands, actions, investigations, losses, damages, fines, penalties, statutory damages, settlements, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • your use of the Service or the Data;
  • any call, text message, email, mailing or other contact made by you or for you using the Data, including any claim under the TCPA or any do-not-call, telemarketing, anti-spam or privacy law;
  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your violation of any law or of anyone else’s rights; or
  • Your Content.

We will tell you promptly about any claim and may take part in its defense with our own counsel at our own cost. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault on our part or imposes any obligation on us without our written consent.

23Dispute resolution and arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It requires you and us to resolve most disputes by binding individual arbitration instead of in court, waives the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action, and explains how you can opt out within 30 days.

23.1 Try to resolve it first

Before starting arbitration or a court case, the party with a dispute must send the other a written notice describing the dispute and the relief requested. Send notices to us by email to [email protected] with “Notice of dispute” in the subject line; we will send notices to your account’s email address. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after the notice is received, either party may start arbitration.

23.2 Binding individual arbitration

Except as Section 23.4 provides, any dispute, claim or controversy between you and us arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Subscriber Agreement, the Service or the Data, including their formation, interpretation, performance, breach, termination, enforceability or validity (a “Dispute”), will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules in effect when the arbitration is filed (available at adr.org). A single arbitrator will decide the Dispute. The seat of arbitration is Miami-Dade County, Florida; the arbitrator may hold hearings by video or telephone, or decide the case on written submissions where the AAA rules allow. The arbitrator decides all questions of arbitrability, except that a court decides any dispute about the validity, enforceability or scope of the class action waiver in Section 23.3. Fees are paid as the AAA rules provide, and each party bears its own attorneys’ fees and costs unless the arbitrator awards them under applicable law. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 and following) governs this Section 23.

23.3 Class action and jury trial waiver

You and we may bring Disputes only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one party’s claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding, and may award relief only to the individual party seeking it and only to the extent needed for that party’s individual claim. If a court decides that this class action waiver cannot be enforced for a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy, and only that one, will be decided in court under Section 24 after any individual claims have been arbitrated. If a Dispute is heard in court for any reason, you and we each waive the right to a jury trial.

23.4 Exceptions

Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small claims court in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or in the county where you have your principal place of business, if the claim qualifies and stays in that court; and (b) ask a court under Section 24 for temporary, preliminary or permanent injunctive relief to stop actual or threatened infringement or misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized access to the Service, or scraping, resale or redistribution of the Data.

23.5 30-day right to opt out

You may opt out of arbitration by emailing [email protected] from your account’s email address within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, with “Arbitration opt-out” in the subject line, your name, your company and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, Disputes will be resolved in court under Section 24, and the rest of these Terms still apply.

23.6 Changes to this section

If we make a material change to this Section 23, you may reject it by emailing us within 30 days after the change takes effect, and the version of this Section 23 you last accepted will continue to apply to you.

24Governing law and venue

These Terms and any Dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 23. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. For any matter that is not subject to arbitration, or that a party may bring in court under Section 23, you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

25Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the Service at least 15 days before it takes effect, unless it is required by law or concerns a new feature, in which case it may take effect sooner. A change does not apply to a Dispute that either of us gave notice of before the change took effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, cancel before it takes effect. Price changes follow Section 8.

26Notices and electronic communications

  • To you. We may send notices to the email address on your account or show them in the Service. An email notice counts as given when we send it, so keep your email address current.
  • To us. Send all notices to us, including legal notices, by email to [email protected]. Put “Legal notice” in the subject line of a legal notice. A notice to us counts as given when we receive it.
  • Electronic communications. You agree to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, receipts and other communications from us electronically, and that they satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. Checking a box or clicking a button to accept these Terms is your electronic signature.

27General terms

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, the Subscriber Agreement and the Privacy Policy, with any offer terms we accept in writing, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any earlier agreements or understandings about it. Terms in any purchase order or other document you send us do not apply.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of all or part of our business or assets.
  • Severability and waiver. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent allowed and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of government data sources or of internet, hosting or email providers, labor disputes, natural disasters, war, terrorism and government action.
  • Relationship. You and we are independent contractors. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship, and there are no third-party beneficiaries.
  • Export and sanctions. You may not use the Service in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws.
  • Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only, and “including” means “including without limitation.” The English version of these Terms governs over any translation.
