Subscriber Agreement
The commercial terms for seats on Unworked Leads: what a seat includes, what it costs, the caps that apply, and how trials, billing and cancellation work. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Effective date: October 22, 2026Last updated: October 24, 2026
At a glance
- A seat is one division (trade) in one New York City borough.
- Full coverage seat: $149 a month. Each additional borough or division: $99 a month. Taxes are extra where they apply.
- Founding members keep each seat’s price for 24 months from the day they buy it.
- The 14-day free trial requires a card and converts automatically to a paid Full coverage seat at $149 a month, plus applicable taxes, on day 15 unless you cancel before then. We email you a reminder at least 7 days before the trial converts.
- Seats renew monthly until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period, with no refunds or proration for partial months except where the law requires.
1About this agreement
This Subscriber Agreement sets out the commercial terms for seats on Unworked Leads. It is an agreement between you and UNWORKED LEADS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us” or “our”), and it is part of our Terms of Service, which are incorporated into it by reference. Capitalized terms that are not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. If this agreement and the Terms of Service conflict on a matter this agreement covers (seats, prices, caps, trials, billing and cancellation), this agreement controls on that matter; otherwise the Terms of Service control.
You accept this agreement when you start a trial, buy a seat, accept a complimentary or beta seat, or use a seat. This agreement is written in English, and the English version governs over any translation.
2Seats
A seat gives your account access to one division (a trade category, such as plumbing and gas piping, or facade and exterior restoration) in one New York City borough (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx or Staten Island). There are three kinds of seat:
- Full coverage: your first seat, one division in one borough.
- Additional borough: the same division as your Full coverage seat, in another borough.
- Additional division: another division, in a borough you already cover.
Additional borough and division seats work only alongside an active Full coverage seat. You choose each seat’s division and borough in the app; your trial seat takes the division and borough you picked when you signed up. Once a seat’s division and borough are set, you can change them only by emailing us at [email protected]. We move a seat at most once every 15 days, counted from when its division and borough were set or last changed, and we may decline a request at our discretion, for example when it would break the rules above for additional seats or when changes appear intended to sample divisions or boroughs without paying for them. Because the trial lasts 14 days, the trial seat keeps the division and borough you picked for the whole trial. Moving a seat does not change its price, billing date or founding-member price lock.
For its division and borough, each seat includes: every open lead in the directory, with building details and lead history; the call sheet; outreach templates; the Morning shortlist (Section 9); saved searches; and, on paid seats, CSV export (Section 8). Seats belong to your account and your company and may not be transferred, shared or resold. We may add, rename, merge or split divisions, and change which records belong to a division, as the Terms of Service allow.
3Prices
| Seat | Price |
|---|---|
| Full coverage (one division in one borough) | $149 a month |
| Each additional borough or additional division | $99 a month |
Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes, which are added where they apply (Terms of Service, Section 9). The prices that apply are the ones shown at checkout when you buy a seat. We may change prices for new purchases at any time, and for existing seats only as described in Section 4 and in the Terms of Service, Section 8.
4Founding-member price lock
If you buy a seat while we offer founding-member pricing, that seat keeps the monthly price you bought it at for 24 months from the day you bought it, as long as its subscription continues without interruption. After the 24 months, we may change that seat’s price with at least 30 days’ notice by email.
The price lock does not cover taxes or seats bought after founding-member pricing ends. It ends for a seat if that seat’s subscription is cancelled or ends for non-payment; a later subscription is billed at the prices then in effect. Complimentary and beta seats have no price lock unless we say so in writing. We may end the founding-member offer for new purchases at any time.
5Free trial
The 14-day free trial requires a valid payment card and converts automatically to a paid Full coverage seat at $149 a month, plus applicable taxes, on day 15 unless you cancel before day 15. Your card is charged on day 15 and every month after that until you cancel. We email you a reminder at least 7 days before the trial converts, with the date it converts, the price and how to cancel. Cancel anytime before day 15 and you will not be charged.
The trial is on one Full coverage seat (one division in one borough) and starts when you complete checkout. During the trial:
- the seat stays on the division and borough you picked (Section 2);
- contact names, mailing addresses and phone numbers are masked;
- CSV export is off; and
- the trial caps in Section 7 apply.
When the trial converts, the seat becomes a paid seat, and full contacts and export turn on. One free trial is available per company, person and payment card. We may change or end trial offers, and decline or end a trial that we believe is being misused.
6Billing through Stripe
- Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. You enter your payment details on Stripe’s secure checkout, and Stripe’s terms and privacy policy apply to them. We never receive your full card number.
- Each seat is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically every month until you cancel. Billing starts on the day you buy the seat, or on day 15 for a trial seat. Seats you add later are billed from the day you buy them.
- By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for each renewal, plus applicable taxes, without asking you again.
- Stripe sends receipts and invoices to your billing email address.
- Changes to the number of seats are billed as shown at checkout or in Stripe’s customer portal when you make the change.
- Fees are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or proration for partial months, except where the law requires (Terms of Service, Section 6).
7Daily usage caps
To keep the Service fair and to protect the Data, every account has daily caps. They apply per account, not per seat, and reset at midnight New York time. The current caps are:
| Each day | Paid | Trial |
|---|---|---|
| Searches | 3,000 | 300 |
| Building views | 1,500 | 100 |
| Call-sheet claims | 300 | 50 |
| CSV export rows | 2,000 | Export off |
| CSV exports | 25 | Export off |
| Results per page | 50 | 25 |
We also apply short-term rate limits, such as limits on requests per minute, at most two exports a minute and one export at a time, as well as bot protection. When you reach a cap, the Service tells you, and that action pauses until the cap resets. We may change caps to protect the Service. If we lower a cap for paid seats in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you by email in advance, unless we must act sooner to stop abuse or protect the Service. You may not try to get around caps, for example by using several accounts.
8CSV exports: watermark and permitted use
- CSV export is available on paid seats only, not during the trial, and only for leads in your seats, within the daily caps in Section 7.
- Watermark. Every exported row carries a watermark naming your account’s email address, a unique export ID, the time of the export and the date of the data. You must not remove, alter or hide it. We use it to trace Data that is shared outside your company.
- Old phone numbers. Owner phone numbers from filings more than 10 years old are left out of exports, the call sheet and the Morning shortlist. They appear only on the building’s page, labeled with their age.
- Permitted use. You may use exports for your own internal business purposes under the license in the Terms of Service, Section 10, including importing them into your own CRM, dialer or email tools for your own outreach, subject to your compliance duties in Section 12 of the Terms of Service. You may not share exports outside your company, upload them to lead marketplaces or shared databases, or build them into a product for others.
- If we find your watermarked Data outside your company, we may suspend or terminate your account and pursue the other remedies available to us.
9Morning shortlist
- For each seat with its Morning shortlist switched on, we email up to 30 ranked leads, favoring new and unworked leads, at about 6am Eastern Time on weekdays by default. In the app you can choose every day or switch it off, and switch it on or off for each seat.
- It goes to your sign-in email address or to another address you have confirmed.
- A shortlist is sent only when the data has refreshed since the last one, and it skips leads you have already received, claimed or logged. Depending on the data, a shortlist may contain fewer than 30 leads, or none.
- 15-subscriber cap. No lead goes in the Morning shortlists of more than 15 subscribers. Shortlist slots are handed out in a rotating order so that the cap is fair across seats, and when a subscriber marks a lead won or dead, its slot opens again 7 days later. Shortlists sent through complimentary or beta seats do not count toward the cap. The cap applies to the Morning shortlist only: every subscriber with a matching seat can still find the lead in the directory, and the underlying public records are open to anyone. Leads are not exclusive.
- No guarantee. The Morning shortlist is a convenience on top of your seat, not the service you pay for. We do not guarantee the number, quality or ranking of the leads in it, or that it is sent, delivered or received at any particular time. Email delivery depends on third parties and on your own email systems.
10Data refresh
We aim to refresh the directory every day after the city sources publish their updates, and the app shows when the data was last updated. Refreshes depend on the public sources and on our systems: a source may publish late, change its format, correct or withdraw records, or be unavailable, and a refresh may be delayed, partial or skipped. There is no service level agreement, uptime commitment or service credit for refresh timing, data freshness or availability.
11Failed payments and suspension
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it over the following days, and we may email you to update your payment details. While retries continue, your seats are past due. We may keep your access on during that time, but we are not required to.
- If the payment still cannot be collected, your subscription is cancelled or marked unpaid, and your access to the paid seats ends. Your account stays open, and you can subscribe again at the prices then in effect. A founding-member price lock ends when its subscription ends.
- We may suspend access immediately for suspected fraud, a reversed payment or a chargeback. If you dispute a valid charge with your bank, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved.
- You remain responsible for amounts that were due before your access ended.
12Cancellation and end of access
- You can cancel any seat, or your whole subscription, at any time from the billing page in your account when it is available to you (Stripe’s customer portal), or by emailing [email protected] from your account’s email address.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to the cancelled seats until then and will not be charged for them again. We do not refund or prorate the current period, except where the law requires.
- If you cancel during the free trial (before day 15), you will not be charged, and your trial access ends when the trial period ends.
- Add-on seats. Additional borough and division seats stop giving access when you no longer have an active Full coverage seat, so when you cancel your Full coverage seat, cancel your add-on seats too. If you are charged for an add-on seat for a billing period that starts after your Full coverage seat has ended, tell us, and we will cancel that add-on seat and refund that charge.
- When access ends, the directory, call sheet, saved searches, exports and Morning shortlist stop for those seats. Your account stays open: you can sign in to subscribe again, download your account data or delete your account.
13Complimentary and beta access
We may grant complimentary (“comp”) or beta seats without charge at our discretion, for example to testers or partners or for evaluation. For these seats:
- they give the same access as a paid seat unless we tell you otherwise, and no payment is collected for them;
- they are complimentary and revocable: we may change, limit or revoke them at any time, for any reason, with or without notice;
- if we give an end date, access ends at the end of that day, New York time, without further notice, unless we extend it in writing;
- they do not turn into paid seats automatically; to keep access after they end, you need to buy a seat at the prices then in effect;
- beta features may be unfinished, may change or may be withdrawn, and are provided “as is.” Please keep unreleased features confidential and tell us about problems you find; and
- everything else in this agreement and the Terms of Service applies to them, including the license, the caps, the export rules and your compliance duties when contacting people.
14Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement as described in the Terms of Service, Section 25. Price changes follow Section 4 above and the Terms of Service, Section 8. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
