What each column tells you

Address and borough
The building’s street address and NYC borough.
Facade filing and date
The city’s FISP status token, UNSAFE or SWARMP (Safe With A Repair and Maintenance Program), with a plain-English line and the date of the city file that lists it.
Repair deadline
For an UNSAFE filing, 90 days after the filing date. For SWARMP, the close of the building’s next cycle filing window.
Days to due
Days between the sample’s “as of” date and the deadline. A negative number means the deadline has passed.
Contact
The managing agent from the building’s HPD registration or, when none is registered, the owner named on the facade filing. The name is masked here; whether it is the owner or the managing agent is shown.
Business mailing address
Where the records say to write to that contact. Masked here.
Sidewalk shed
How many days the building’s active sidewalk shed permit chain has run, from its first permit. “None found” means no active shed permit.
Open hazard violations
Open hazardous DOB and ECB violations on the building, with the newest one’s date.
Facade permit
Every row in the sample has no active facade permit on file.

This is one of 18 indicators.
